Job Summary
Read and interpret engineering blueprints, fabricate metal components, and fit, set, and install fabricated structures. Cut and weld using various processes, perform metal forming, bending, and finishing, and conduct quality checks on finished products. Repair, design, layout, and estimate projects while developing custom welding designs. Inspect and test welds, measure cutting lines, and set up machinery including rollers, drill presses, and flame cutters. Requires an associate degree, three years of maintenance experience, and proficiency in Maximo software. Based in Nampa, ID, this Level III role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school
- Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions
- Working knowledge of production/package machinery
- Great sense of self-motivation
- Ability to work well with others
- Strong communication abilities in both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong emphasis in continuous improvement
- Displays good math, technical and decision-making skills
Desired Qualifications
- 3 + years' related experience in maintenance preferred
