Job Summary
Conduct daily fabrication duties including cleaning and prepping metal plate, priming and painting, and operating a press brake. Perform basic welding using Flux core, Dual Shield, and MIG methods while safely using shop tools like grinders, plasma torches, and saws. Assist the team with material handling and shop upkeep to maintain a fast, efficient pace from raw steel to finished product. Work Monday through Friday from 5 am to 3 pm, with occasional half days on Fridays.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of fabrication or welding experience
- Must be able to weld GMAW and Dual Shield
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Ability to stand for most of the shift and work outdoors in the heat
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Professional working proficiency in English required
