Fabricator I – 2nd Shift - $20.50/hr + $2.00 Shift Premium

Fabricator I on 2nd shift producing high-quality fabricated parts using various fabrication equipment. Duties include operating drill press, welding/nut stations, saws; performing setup, work preparation, fabrication, cleanup, preventive maintenance, and quality inspections with gage equipment. Maintain compliance with policies, document records per Stryker specs, and uphold quality standards while meeting production goals; overtime and weekend work may be required. Strong emphasis on reliability, continuous improvement, and adherence to training/documentation criteria. Onsite role with remote-work flexibility described as remote for alternate workplaces, within the country of the job location.
