Job Summary
Fabricator for 2nd shift at a York, PA military equipment manufacturer. Responsibilities include operating drill press, cut-off saw, gas cutting, sand blasting, painting, and stress-relief processes; building component subassemblies/fabrications; reading and interpreting blueprints; and working in a union environment with benefits and shift differential. Must be a US citizen and perform duties in a 2nd shift, heavy manufacturing setting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with drill press, cut-off saw, gas cutting, sand blasting equipment, painting, and stress relief operations
- Experience with hand tools such as grinders, tape measures, scales
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints
