Job Summary
Operate fabrication equipment including drill presses, weld nut stations, and saws to produce high-quality parts. Perform set-up, work preparation, and preventative maintenance while conducting inspections against gage plans and troubleshooting as needed. Manage clean-up, quality assurance of own work and area, and maintain accurate record-keeping per Stryker specifications. Ensure compliance with policies, customer service goals, and quality standards while meeting production targets. Work onsite during the 2nd shift (Monday-Friday 1:45pm-10:15pm) with overtime scheduled based on production needs.
