Fabrication/Warehouse Associate

Job Summary
Fabricate and assemble hollow metal frames and sheet metal components according to specifications, welding light-gauge materials and operating power tools safely. Perform material handling duties including unloading shipments, staging materials, and moving finished product while maintaining organized work areas. Read drawings and fabrication instructions, conduct quality checks, and enter production data into computer systems. This first-shift role requires 1–3 years of fabrication experience, proficiency with grinders and saws, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in a fabrication or light-gauge sheet metal environment
- Proficient with power tools: grinder, drill, detailed sander, saws
- Ability to lift up to 35-50 lbs. repeatedly and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, reaching)
- Material handling experience in a warehouse or fabrication setting
- Basic computer competency: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and web navigation
- Experience using handheld barcode/scan guns
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to handle complex issues and problems
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Ability to pass all required drug screen and background checks
