Job Summary
Night-shift Fabrication Supervisor responsible for leading the fabrication department on the floor, ensuring materials are staged, tasks and standard times are clear, and work instructions are followed. Own quality, productivity, people, and processes; conduct root-cause investigations with quality teams; implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence; coordinate with technical services, QA, and NDT to reduce non-conformance risk; monitor real-time progress, participate in daily scheduling, and approve overtime as needed. Train team members, perform performance appraisals, manage disciplinary matters, and drive continuous improvement. Requires 5+ years of supervisory experience in aerospace/defense fabrication, a high school diploma (technical/business degree preferred), and U.S. citizenship. Physical on-floor work with lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 75 lbs with assistance; able to read blueprints and respond to safety alarms in a noisy environment.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of supervisory experience in aerospace or defense fabrication
- High school diploma required; technical or business-related degree preferred
- U.S. citizenship required

- strong emphasis on continuous improvement and scheduling/coordination
