Job Summary
Fabrication Specialist – Structural, Welding & Exterior Modifica role based in Tucson, AZ. Responsible for structural fabrication and welding, installing brackets, supports, mounts, and reinforcement systems, and modifying exterior components on mobile medical coaches and trailers. Must read fabrication drawings/layouts; experience in trailer and specialty vehicle fabrication and structural welding is preferred. Growth potential to broader leadership or advanced production responsibilities as operations scale. Onsite Monday–Friday with minimal travel.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years welding or fabrication experience
- MIG/TIG welding experience preferred
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and layouts
