Job Summary
Mechanically assemble pipes, equipment, instruments, and valves to frame structures using fasteners ranging from 10-32 to 1" diameter bolts and handling equipment up to 50 lbs. Glue PVC pipe assemblies from ½" to 12" diameter, then measure, cut, drill, and tap steel frames and PVC pipes. Cut and thread stainless steel pipe while respecting project timelines and ensuring quality through meticulous attention to detail. Maintain a clean and orderly work area and adhere to all safety regulations. Perform these assembly tasks on the first shift at the Ramsey, MN plant, requiring three years of related experience and the ability to work autonomously on multiple projects.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years of related work experience
- Ability to read technical plans
- Must be able lift, push, pull at least 50 lbs
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be autonomous
- Be organized, rigorous and meticulous
- Have a positive and professional attitude towards your team and internal and external clients
Desired Qualifications
- Personal tools is a plus, but not a must
