Fabrication Specialist (Electromechanical Equipment Assembler)

Fabricate, test and package equipment from blueprints, schematics and drawings. Build assemblies from PVC fittings and stainless-steel tubing. Perform quality control checkout procedures on equipment. Prepare components for pre-assembly of finished product. Use small machinery, power tools, and hand tools. Produce a consistent product every time. Assemble products according to instructions. Partner with Quality team members to resolve product discrepancies and ensure compliance with standards. Maintain accurate production records, equipment logs, and shift documentation. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements aligned with Ecolab's continuous improvement goals. Position located at Green Tree, PA with Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM shift. Requires High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year of equipment manufacturing experience; preferred qualifications include skilled-trade degree or certification and panel-building/wiring experience. This hourly role is $23.50–$25.00/hour with overtime eligibility; benefits are available as detailed in the posting.
