Job Summary
Hands-on Electrical & Power Systems Specialist to support fabrication and systems integration for mobile medical coaches and trailers. Install and wire coach electrical systems; support shore power integration and testing; install generators, batteries, inverters, and transfer switches; install interior and exterior lighting systems; support troubleshooting and operational diagnostics; support production sequencing and delivery readiness. 3+ years of electrical or fabrication experience; experience with RV, marine, industrial, automotive, or specialty vehicle systems preferred; read wiring diagrams and schematics; strong troubleshooting; hands-on operator mindset; detail-oriented; quality-focused workmanship. Growth opportunity to expand into broader leadership or advanced production responsibilities as operations scale.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of electrical or fabrication experience
- Experience with RV, marine, industrial, automotive, or specialty vehicle systems preferred
