Job Summary
Lead Hydronics shop personnel in overseeing production standards, scheduling fabrication orders, and managing resources to meet project schedules. Direct team selection, resolve operational challenges, and ensure strict adherence to QA/QC protocols, safety regulations, and building codes. Mentor trainees and future leaders while assisting with hiring, promotions, and maintaining optimal staffing levels. Monitor third-party vendors, track productivity metrics, and collaborate with regional leadership to control labor and material costs. Participate in project meetings from kick-off through wrap-up and support departmental budget planning.
Required Qualifications
- Strong industry knowledge

- Experience and deep understanding of all hydronics trades and fabrication practices
- 15+ years of experience in construction including 5+ years in hydronics fabrication
- Experience with the various business and corporate software technologies ACCO currently utilizes
- MS Office: Word, Excel, Project
- Google Workspace: Docs, Gmail, Sheets, Forms
- Others: Adobe, ProCore, Bluebeam, Box
- Proficient in English
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Skilled in reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Knowledge of local quality, occupational safety, and health regulations for construction job sites
