Fabrication Shop Foreman

Lead a team of 4-5 on laser cutting, shearing, folding, and press brake forming while fabricating and installing sheet metal products such as ducts, roofs, and siding. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to guide daily operations. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and maintain equipment and tools to ensure they remain in good working order. Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure project deadlines are met. This role requires a high school diploma, blueprint reading skills, and knowledge of safety regulations.
