Job Summary
Fabrication Shop Associate in the HVAC Duct Fabrication Shop role responsible for moving materials from stock to the shop floor, transporting finished products to the loading dock or offsite storage, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. Additional duties include conducting regular inventory checks, assisting in organizing and maintaining the warehouse, and helping with loading and unloading materials while following all safety protocols to meet designated time frames in a fast-paced shop/warehouse environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (preferred), strong written and verbal communication, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 25 pounds) as required.
