Job Summary
Monitor product quality by inspecting meat pieces at production line ends against specifications and filling out audit report forms. Enforce plant Good Manufacturing Procedures and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures while performing metal detector auditing and E.Coli trim testing via N60 sampling. Maintain knowledge of line-specific product specifications to ensure adherence to standards. This safety-sensitive, on-site role requires working overtime, weekends, and holidays in extreme hot/cold environments. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and speak Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A knowledge of HACCP Process (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)
- Experience with email communications
- Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Ability to withstand extreme hot/cold environments
- Must be able to read, write and speak Spanish
- Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
