Fabrication Production Supervisor

Fabrication Production Supervisor to lead daily fabrication operations on the Henderson, NV shift, coordinating welding workflows, manpower, and priorities while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Primary responsibilities include supervising welders, fitters, and fabrication technicians; enforcing welding procedures, fabrication standards, weld sequencing, and safety practices; coordinating with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to resolve constraints; coaching and developing staff; coordinating onboarding and training; monitoring weld quality, defect trends, and throughput; and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of fabrication/welding leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a background in structural fabrication or industrial manufacturing; preferred qualifications include an Associate’s degree or technical certification in Welding, Manufacturing, or Fabrication and experience with AWS welding standards, weld symbols, fabrication drawings, and weld sequencing.
