Fabrication Production Manager

Fabrication Production Manager role leading fabrication and welding operations in Henderson, NV. You’ll provide overall leadership for fabrication and welding activities, drive workforce development, quality systems, production performance, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include leading all fabrication production operations (structural steel fabrication, weld assembly, fit-up, material flow, production scheduling), setting department priorities to meet delivery commitments, monitoring KPI performance (throughput, first-pass yield, weld repair rates, labor utilization, schedule attainment), enforcing OSHA and welding-safety standards, managing Fabrication Production Supervisors, maintaining AWS/ASME/compliance with customer specs, developing labor plans and capacity forecasts, leading Lean initiatives, coordinating with Engineering/Quality/Maintenance/Supply Chain, establishing welding standards and welding procedure specs, leading root-cause analysis for safety/weld defects, supporting workforce development and welder qualification progression, managing departmental budgets and capital projects, evaluating new equipment and welding technologies, and representing ENTEK in customer visits and audits. Preferred candidates have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Welding Technology, Operations, Engineering, or related field along with 5+ years of supervisory experience; full-time, exempt schedule Monday–Friday with possible additional hours.
