Job Summary
Operate basic machinery independently at a defined rate while developing a deep understanding of assembled products and their business impact. Safely handle materials using proper lifting techniques and communicate hazards or equipment issues with leadership. Cross train in different departmental areas and flex to various stations as needed. Occasionally provide basic training to employees. Maintain proficiency in utilizing applicable hand tools with precision. Requires high school diploma, one year of machinery experience, and strong detail orientation.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1 year of experience operating relevant machinery or equivalent
- Detail oriented and organized
- Work in a team environment in a professional manner
