Job Summary
Lead supervisors and teams responsible for cutting, machining, stretch-forming, assembly, and other value-added fabricated metal manufacturing processes. Establish a strong safety culture while ensuring production, quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance consistently meet or exceed expectations. Drive strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall departmental performance by managing key business metrics, production performance, costs, and financial results. Coach and develop Supervisors and employees to foster accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth across all shifts. Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Sales, Quality, and outside processing partners to solve complex manufacturing challenges and deliver high-quality metal products.

- Experience leading Supervisors and teams
- Experience with cutting, machining, stretch-forming, assembly, and other value-added fabricated metal manufacturing processes
- Experience with key business metrics

- Experience with financial results
- Ability to develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall departmental performance
