Job Summary
Fabrication Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations of the fabrication department in a warehouse, developing production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements, coordinating with Project Management to interpret fabrication drawings, implementing safety protocols and training, monitoring equipment performance and scheduling maintenance, and ensuring alignment with sales, design, and customer service. Leads continuous improvement initiatives to optimize fabrication processes, maintain quality standards, and drive on-time, on-budget project delivery. Requires strong leadership of skilled workers and technicians, capability to read blueprints, manage production scheduling, and enforce safety and quality protocols.
