Job Summary
Fabrication Lead responsible for hands-on electrical assembly and fabrication, providing task coordination and guidance to assemblers, inspecting completed work to ensure drawings and specifications are met, performing electrical testing and troubleshooting, supporting training and continuous improvement, and maintaining safe, efficient production at the Cedar Rapids, IA facility. Duties include following safety rules, participating in daily huddles and job hazard analyses, coordinating production work, reviewing drawings/schedules, reporting progress and risks to the Production Supervisor, material staging and inventory handling, and upholding company values.
Required Qualifications
- Electrical trade education with 5+ years of relevant electrical experience
- OSHA 10 certification, or equivalent
- Active electrical license as required for assigned work; Journeyman license may be required depending on scope
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain
- Basic Microsoft Office and company software proficiency
- Valid driver's license
