Job Summary
Fabrication Lead responsible for guiding a fabrication team in manufacturing power distribution equipment (relay/control panels, medium voltage switchgear, enclosures) in Dallas, TX. Oversee and direct assigned team members, address minor discipline issues, collaborate cross-functionally to meet objectives, assist with technical problems, inspect work for quality, coordinate with the Supervisor to resolve department issues, and perform other duties as assigned. Role requires lifting up to 35 pounds, PPE usage, and adherence to safety protocols. Emphasis on leadership, hands-on training, mentorship, and contributing to a culture of internal promotion.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or related field
- Prior experience in effectively leading a team of employees preferred
- Knowledge of inventory control, manufacturing, equipment maintenance, and safety management
