Job Summary
Fabrication Helper assists in welding and assembling metal structures and equipment under supervision, interpreting blueprints and measurements to plan layouts, helping weld small and large components, operating welding machinery, maintaining and repairing machinery, ensuring safety compliance, stocking welding supplies, and collaborating with the welder and manufacturing team to meet timelines; requires HS Diploma or GED, welder experience, tools proficiency, attention to detail, and forklift certification; physical duties include lifting up to 75 pounds and working in a hot/manufacturing environment.
