Job Summary
Fabrication Associate duties include efficiently and accurately assembling or modifying custom products to the highest standards, operating power tools (chop saws, drills, table saws), maintaining a clean, safe shop with proper PPE, and cross-training to learn all functions within the Fabrication Shop while supporting warehouse tasks like receiving and stocking when time permits. The role requires being 18+, physically capable of lifting over 60 pounds, standing for extended periods, climbing stairs and ladders, bending and stooping, with a Monday–Friday schedule 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and full-time hours plus overtime opportunities; the position offers comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, disability, 401K, paid time off, holidays, and employee discounts; opportunities for long-term career growth across Chadwell Supply’s 29 branches.
