Job Summary
Fabricated Parts IPT Lead leads cross-organizational projects managing fabrications for electronics units, develops integrated cost/schedule/technical/risk plans, drives procurement strategies, parts availability, and kit readiness, coordinates with functional teams, maintains earned value reporting, and leads weekly program reviews to ensure production readiness. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in fabricated parts for electronics, 2+ years managing project or sub-contract schedules, and proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and MRP systems. Onsite in El Segundo, CA; U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance is required. Notable responsibilities include developing and maintaining SOWs for subcontracted units, coordinating make/buy assessments, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering status and reports aligned with program management best practices. Strong emphasis on leadership, procurement planning, supplier management, and integration of cost, schedule, and technical plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 2 years experience working on/with fabricated parts for electronics units
- 2 years of experience managing project or sub-contract build schedules
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Excel, PPT, MRP Systems
- Experience working in a cross functional environment
- Experience working with military or space electronic parts
