Fabric Sourcing & Development Manager (m/w/d)

Sourcing and developing high-quality fabrics with a focus on Italian suppliers, managing the entire development process from sampling to bulk conformity. Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and design team to translate creative visions into premium textiles while communicating with mills to ensure quality and sustainability standards. Maintain the fabric library and digital databases, providing technical support for product development and production. Monitor fabric budgets and timelines to ensure on-time collection completion and embed sustainability as a central principle in all development processes. Requires at least six years of experience in fabric sourcing for luxury or premium brands.
