Job Summary
Manage the submit approval process and maintain Work in Progress reports, following up weekly with vendors on outstanding submits and issues. Communicate daily with vendors and internal cross-functional teams throughout product development to ensure on-time shipping, addressing issues and identifying solutions. Manage sample tracking charts, distribute size breaks to vendors, and enter PO information into the system. Upload tech packs to PLM or Full Circle platforms and support the fabric department and library. Attend meetings with CFT to communicate updates. Requires basic understanding of the product development process, strong MS Office skills, and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Salary ranges from $62,700 to $114,000 annually.
