Job Summary
Conduct planned preventative maintenance and respond to reactive requests for building fabric and mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety. Diagnose faults, perform repairs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across commercial, industrial, and residential sites. Work at heights and in plant rooms while managing on-call rotations or shift work as facility requirements dictate. This hands-on site-based role supports JLL's global real estate management services by ensuring building infrastructure operates safely and efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- relevant technical qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent in building services, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical trades)
- several years of hands-on maintenance experience
- strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of building management systems
- Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
