Job Summary
Lead delivery of Microsoft Fabric solutions by defining architecture, managing teams, and overseeing large-scale data transformation and migration projects. Develop and implement data pipelines, integration, and transformation solutions while ensuring governance, security, and compliance frameworks are upheld. Drive performance optimization and cost management strategies to support client engagements across Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services. Mentor associates and senior associates to enhance technical skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Translate business needs into technical solutions through stakeholder management and pre-sales support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric ecosystem (end-to-end)
- Pyspark
- Data architecture and enterprise data platforms
- Strong leadership in team management
- Client engagement
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI (enterprise deployment)
- Data governance (Purview, security models)
- Cloud architecture (Azure)
- Familiarity with Agile delivery models
- Cost optimization strategies
