Job Summary
Fab16 RDA Operation Engineer responsible for defect monitoring and data analysis to identify defect sources, then notify relevant areas to stop tools or processes to prevent continued impact on the product; collaborate across departments to identify defect sources through task force meetings; support defect verification during recovery of production machines. Includes emphasis on teamwork, analytical/problem-solving abilities, and effective communication, with a background in engineering and proficiency with engineering software/tools. Position based in Taichung Fab 16, Taiwan; requires engineering degree at either the Bachelor’s or Master’s level and adherence to manufacturing disciplines.
