FAB SHOP LABORER I (2nd shift)

Job Summary
Conduct assigned plumbing, fire protection, and general construction tasks on the 2nd shift. Assist with lifting, carrying, sorting, loading, and unloading materials while cleaning job areas. Attend job site and office meetings, fill out required forms, and request tools or equipment as needed. Prioritize safety practices, eliminate material and labor waste, and maintain project quality and profitability. Operate under specific supervision and perform other duties as assigned. Provide your own basic hand tools. High school education required; must be able to lift up to 60 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Stable work history
- Able to use basic tools (hammer, tape measure, etc.)
- Honest, reliable, dependable and display good character
- High School or GED Equivalent
- Eyesight correctable to 20/50
- Able to stand for long hours
- Able to lift and climb ladders and scaffolds
- Lift items weighing up to 60 lbs
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must not be afraid of heights
- Must provide own basic hand tools
