Fab Production Supervisor

Lead and manage a team of manufacturing operators in a wafer fab environment; collaborate with process and equipment engineers to improve equipment’s available time and efficiency, troubleshoot and perform routine checks; schedule manpower and equipment allocation for maximum throughput and 100% on-time delivery; promptly resolve issues and manage 6S, capacity, bottlenecks, and training/certification; participate in performance evaluations, cost reduction, and yield improvement projects; ensure discipline, safety, and housekeeping compliance; bilingual Mandarin and English skills; Lean and QS/ISO knowledge preferred; wafer fab experience and more than 3 years of team management preferred.
