Job Summary
Operate and support metrology and inspection equipment in compliance with EHS standards and cleanroom protocols. Lead installation, qualification, recipe development, and production release of automated optical inspection tools while owning fab microscopy platforms for rapid defect review and root cause analysis. Support flying probe test operations and profilometry systems to characterize film thickness and topography. Analyze inspection data to identify yield limiters and process excursions, leading technical investigations and developing statistical process control strategies. Generate work instructions and control plans for metrology systems. This role reports to the Fab Engineering Process Director and partners with integration, yield, and process engineering teams to drive yield improvement and production stability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 years and a Master's degree
- PhD with 3 years experience
- Equivalent experience
