Job Summary
Conduct meat processing by pulling product from a moving conveyor belt with a hook and trimming it to specifications using a knife. Handle offal, trimming and preparing various beef organs and meat items for sale or consumption. Lift and carry approximately 45 pounds, lower weight 600 to 1200 times daily, and perform push and pull motions at waist and shoulder height. Work in different temperatures within the facility. This role is part of Harris Ranch Beef Company's end-to-end beef production operation, from feedlot to processing.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry (approximately 45 pounds)
- Ability to lower (this is performed approximately 600 to 1200 times per day)
- Ability to push, pull, and continual use of both hands/arms at waist level and sometimes at or slightly above shoulder height
- Ability to work in different temperatures
- The position is subject to E-Verify
