Job Summary
Manage and optimise controllership processes across the organisation by identifying a vision and prioritising objectives that support the Haleon finance function. Identify emerging issues requiring swift resolution to keep the supply chain moving while ensuring compliance with management, financial, legal, and fiscal requirements. Lead process design, standardisation, and rollout for Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, and IFRS Reporting within a global, matrix environment. This role focuses on transforming the finance function and improving stakeholder experience through proactive, agile problem-solving. Candidates will partner with cross-functional teams to simplify end-to-end processes and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced FMCG setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA or Accounting qualification
- CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent
- 10 - 13 years of experience in Fixed Assets & IFRS process
- Experience in Lease Accounting and Financial Controllership
- Experience in PEC process
- Experience or understanding of Bison, SAP, Cadency
- Fixed Assets Accounting

- Knowledge of role design / segregation of duties and internal control requirements
- Subject matter expertise of the SAP template and integration points with other process areas
- FMCG industry experience
