Job Summary
Wellness Advisor supports the General Manager with new membership sales and member retention, delivers superior customer service, assists members with class selections and merchandise purchases, helps build a strong F45 community, and contributes to studio cleanliness. The role involves executing the sales process, engaging with prospects during tours and events, and participating in community activities, with part-time hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends; travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent sales skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to learn and use MindBody software
- Fluent in English with strong in-person, phone, and email communication
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient computer skills
- Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
- Attend special events and trainings as needed
- Experience in lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales (Part Time Responsibilities)
- Knowledge of fitness programs and pricing
- Ability to conduct studio tours and promote products/services
- Ability to book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
