Job Summary
Manage 3-5 offices and Lead Canvass Directors to drive donor deliverables, retention, and equity staffing goals. Ensure each office meets weekly, monthly, and quarterly client targets while maintaining donor quality. Oversee office strategies, launch and shutdown logistics, and coordinate staff relocation and office setup. Conduct interviews, make hiring decisions, and refine recruitment strategies to meet expansion targets. Provide ongoing training for Lead Directors and identify high-potential staff for leadership development. Travel 10-15 days monthly between offices to lead by example and enforce health and safety protocols. This Regional Director-level role reports to the National Face-to-Face Director and includes a performance bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Previous staff management and canvass experience
- Track record of equity and inclusion
- Self-starter and excellent problem solving skills
- Good balance of hands on/hands off as a staff manager
- Passion for progressive solutions to big problems
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Willingness to travel an average of 10-15 days per month
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to enforce the health and safety rules across all operations without fail
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in issue and/or electoral campaigns with increasing responsibility over time
- Experience in non-profit fundraising
