Job Summary
Metrology Application Engineer responsible for developing and implementing metrology measurement techniques with emphasis on lithography overlay (CD-SEM) and covering ellipsometry/scatterometry characterization, XRF and surface profiling. Perform Special Work Request (SWR) lots to support setup metrology for new processes and equipment, drive CIP activity and New Product Introduction transfer, define quality metrics and metrology performance, provide weekly updates, actively engage in Fab operations to improve quality and reduce cost and cycle time, analyze next‐gen measurement capabilities, and standardize knowledge and methods to sustain growth of the metrology team. Early engagement with TD and MCT for cutting‐edge technology introduction.
