Job Summary
Develop Workforce Competence & Technical Capabilities; conduct learning needs analyses to identify skill gaps and craft strategies to improve departmental competency. Design, revise, and deliver technical training materials and programs with clear objectives, delivery methods, performance outcomes, and assessments. Facilitate classroom or alternative sessions to boost capability and strengthen AI-related competencies for future-ready skills. Use training metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to standards. Collaborate with global and local partners and external organizations to share best practices and deploy effective training solutions; identify opportunities to apply AI and automation in day-to-day tasks to enhance operational efficiency. Location-based in Singapore with in-person delivery at Fab 10N/X facilities, Singapore.
