Job Summary
Conduct security patrols, respond to emergencies, and provide necessary assistance while maintaining safety and serving as a visible deterrent to illegal activities. Follow procedures for fire prevention, property patrol, and incident reporting to uphold company service standards and protect client property. Work hours vary depending on client schedules and business needs, potentially extending beyond 40 hours across any day of the week. Requires alertness under pressure and the ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 80 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Completed High School Diploma or GED
- Valid and Current New York State Security Guard License
- F02 Fire Guard (or N32 Certificate of Fitness) from FDNY
- Previous security experience
- Previous customer service experience
- CPR Certification
- Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift
- Must be able to move or lift objects up to 80 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet Tarian driving guidelines if applicable
