Job Summary
FP&A Manager to provide strategic financial support to Go To Market and Operational Teams, leading budgeting and rolling forecasts for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region with emphasis on sales performance and customer insights. Responsibilities include timely, accurate financial reporting to senior management; performance analysis of sales KPIs, variance analyses, and profitability; providing actionable recommendations for revenue growth and cost optimization; driving process improvements in financial reporting tools; and cross-functional collaboration with finance, operations, supply chain, and marketing. Requires advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, experience with ERP/BI tools, and ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced European environment.
Required Qualifications
