Job Summary
Process and secure vehicle financing and insurance transactions for dealership customers while preparing accurate, legally compliant documentation. Develop relationships with lending institutions to obtain favorable financing options and present value-added products like warranties to clients. Train sales staff on financing procedures and product knowledge, then monitor performance metrics and profitability to maximize dealership revenue. Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and dealership policies while maintaining detailed records in CRM systems. Work five days per week with additional hours as necessary, reporting to the dealership manager.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or similar role in the automotive industry
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, lending practices, and compliance regulations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and dealership management systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Valid driver's license
