Job Summary

Direct responsibility for the Finance and Insurance operations of the Motorcycle Sales Department. Oversee business office operational activities related to providing finance, insurance, and extended service programs; produce revenue and profits by selling F&I products; cross-sell parts and accessories; establish and maintain relationships with finance sources; actively recruit and maintain a market base for F&I products; train and supervise staff; set up finance forecasting and penetration reporting; ensure timely and proper completion of sales-related paperwork; deliver high levels of customer service and act as a role model for dealership staff; handle rate quotations and collaborate across departments to support the sales team.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid state insurance license
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated closing skills
  • Knowledge and experience with sales of F&I products, and the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them
  • Computer literate with typing skills and open to learning new software and computer programs
  • Able to work effectively and courteously over the phone
