Job Summary
As the Finance and Insurance Manager, you will oversee the finance and insurance process to maximize revenue and deliver an exceptional vehicle-purchasing experience. You will actively participate in F&I deliveries, observe and coach sales team members during the process, ensure 100% F&I video recording compliance, review deal structures with lenders and dealership guidelines, maintain a working knowledge of lender programs, serve as a liaison between the finance department and other departments, and participate in monthly F&I leadership huddles and performance reviews. You will adhere to state regulations and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, drive customer satisfaction and product sales, and uphold professional ethics while supporting staff and customers.
