Job Summary
Finance & Insurance Manager at Camping World responsible for selecting lenders, securing approvals, finalizing delivery, managing contracts, and assisting the sales desk in structuring deals. Drives F&I performance by tracking F&I PVR and lender penetration, coordinating contract flow, funding, and in-transit management; participates in weekly F&I training and supports sales staff development. Requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), 3-5 years in F&I/finance products, automotive industry experience, strong closing and communication skills, and ability to train personnel. This is a full-time role based in Alvarado, TX with on-site responsibilities and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products
- Menu selling experience in required
- Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus
- Strong Closing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
