F&I Manager

Select appropriate lenders, secure approvals, and obtain customer commitments to finalize RV financing and protection plans. Manage contract placements to maximize F&I penetration while assisting the sales desk in structuring deals. Adhere strictly to office processes, monitor funding status, and track product and lender penetration metrics. Participate in weekly sales meetings for training and assist the General Manager in developing sales staff. Requires 3–5 years of finance/insurance experience, menu selling expertise, and strong closing skills.
