Job Summary
F&I Manager at Blue Compass RV leads financing and protection plan selection, secures lender approvals, finalizes delivery, and supports sales by structuring deals and monitoring F&I performance. Responsibilities include managing contracts in transit, ensuring funding, presenting financing options, tracking product penetration and lender penetrations, participating in weekly sales meetings, and assisting the General Manager and Sales Manager in training staff. Requires 3-5 years of Finance and Insurance product knowledge, menu selling experience, strong closing and organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, and professional communication and appearance. Based in Norman, OK with in-person work arrangement.
