Job Summary
Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager responsible for managing the financial transaction process of the vehicle buying experience, working with lenders to obtain approvals, producing financial paperwork, consulting staff on DMV laws, and collaborating with sales to explain lending options and warranties. Builds relationships with customers and lenders, sells finance and insurance warranties, ensures accurate title paperwork, and maintains compliance with local and national regulations. Requires prior automotive sales experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA a plus), strong computer skills, and the ability to achieve monthly objectives while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Prior automotive sales consultant experience required; 1-3yrs
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or in a related field preferred
- MBA a plus!
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test)
