Job Summary
Lead all finance and insurance operations for both new and used vehicle sales; present and explain financing, leasing, and protection product options; structure deals to maximize profitability while ensuring a transparent and positive customer experience; submit credit applications and negotiate with lenders to secure optimal terms; ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; finalize contracts and paperwork; collaborate with the sales team to drive performance and achieve F&I targets; audit deals post-sale and stay current on lender programs and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership
- Strong knowledge of finance, insurance products, and compliance regulations
- Track record of high profitability and performance
- Valid driver’s license required
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
