Accurately submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and maintain alignment with local, state, and federal guidelines. Set and track personal sales goals daily, weekly, and monthly while maintaining proficiency and required certifications. Lead by example in a collaborative environment where associates receive recognition for performance and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
- Previous professional sales experience
- Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
- Well-versed in title laws and registration process
- Professional negotiation and presentation skills
